DUBAI WORLD CENTRAL

Dubai World Central or DWC is a grand multiphase development based on the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. It is located 37 km South-west of the mainland, right opposite Jebel Ali Freezone Extension. This rapidly developing project was renamed as Dubai South in 2015.

Sprawling over an area of 145 sq. km., the innovative project was first launched in 2006 as a free zone and freehold development, under the flagship of the government. It aims to provide a sustainable community with all the facilities within the area, such as transportation, leisure attractions, commercial ventures, employment opportunities and more. Once completed, DWC will have eight different districts to signify residential, commercial, golfing, exhibition, logistics, aviation and other sectors.
